When you publish through Pyxis social, you will not be able to mention a user or a page in your post.
When you post from Pyxis Social, the respective social account you have connected to will be displayed as the author.
You will not be able to tag Facebook branded content when publishing through Pyxis Social.
An error message will be displayed on the respective row of the scheduled post when there is a failure.
No, You cannot add hyperlinks to the elements of the image.
At present, Pyxis Social is available in English.
To view the supported metrics configured for each social account:

1. Click on the Analyze section in the navigation bar.

2. Click on Reports>>Create New Report

3. Select any social media type - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.

4. Enter the title for the report beneath the Title and click on Create Report.

5. Once the report has been generated, click on the report name.

6. At the top right corner you can see the option Customise Widgetsbeneath the Sync Data and Save button.

7. This will list out all the supported metrics configured for the |social media type you have selected while creating the report.

To add any of the listed metrics to your Report page, click on the + icon near the metrics you want to add.

You can similarly see the metrics for other social media types by creating reports for them.

Post Impressions, Followers, Inbound Messages Table, Posts Table, Posts, Post Likes, Reach, Post Comments.

No, your phone number is not mandatory to purchase or activate your Pyxis Social account.
You can connect 12 social media accounts from one login ID.
Only one e-mail ID can be associated with one Pyxis Social account.
You can sign-in/signout of your Pyxis Social profile by clicking on the account name on the top right corner of the dashboard.
Only one person can sign in to the login-id at one point of time.
To change your account password, email id or profile information, click on the profile option that appears on the top right corner of the dashboard and change the required information.
You can only delete your Pyxis Social subscription, not your account. To cancel your Pyxis Social Subscription:

1. Click on your ‘Account Name’.

2. Click on the Billing Detailstab.

3. Click on the Cancel Subscription option

Your account will still be active and you will be able to use the |features for the duration of the subscription period. But once the |subscription period is over, you will not be able to access the Pyxis |Social features.

You can only delete your Pyxis Social subscription and not your account.

If you have deleted your subscription in the middle of the subscription period, you will still be able to login back again and continue using the features.

However, if you have deleted your subscription and the subscription period has been over, then you will have to start a fresh new subscription to use the Pyxis Social features.

Try reconnecting your social networks as the first step.

1. Click on your ‘Account Name’ on the top right corner.

2. Click on Profile.

3. Head over to the Social Accounts Connected option in the navigation bar. You can see the social media accounts connected to Pyxis Social listed out here.

4. Click on the Reconnect option.

If you are not able to connect/reconnect or post to the page, then try removing the Pyxis Social App from your social accounts. For Facebook pages, groups and Instagram Business account :

1. Login in to your Facebook account using the Facebook app or through the website.

2. Head over to your ProfileClick on Settings.

3. Click on Business Integration.

4. Click on Pyxis Socialand Remove

5. Now head back to the Pyxis Social website and login with your credentials.

6. Once again, connect your social media accounts and try posting.

For Instagram Personal Account :

1. Login in to your Instagram account using the Instagram app or through the website.

2. Head over to your Profile. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Apps and Websites

4. Click on Pyxis Socialand Remove

5. Now head back to the Pyxis Social website and login with your credentials.

6. Once again, connect your social media accounts and try posting.

For Twitter :

1. Login in to your Twitter account using the Twitter app or through the website.

2. Head over to your Profile. Click on More.

3. Click on Setting and Privacy>> Security and Account Access>> Apps and Session>> Connected Apps.

4. Click on Pyxis Socialand Revoke Access.

5. Now head back to the Pyxis Social website and login with your credentials.

6. Once again, connect your social media accounts and try posting.

For LinkedIn :

1. Login in to your LinkedIn account using the LinkedIn app or through the website.

2. Head over to your Profile. Click on More.

3. Click on Setting and Privacy>>Data Privacy>>Other Application>>Permitted Services.

4. Click on Remove Pyxis Social.

5. Now head back to the Pyxis Social website and login with your credentials.

6. Once again, connect your social media accounts and try posting.

You can only add your Twitter account in one Pyxis Social account. If you add the same account in multiple Pyxis Social accounts, your previous Twitter accounts will be removed from there.
After the free-version period is over, you will have to subscribe to a paid account to continue using Pyxis Social.
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards are accepted as payment options.
Currently, only credit cards are supported. Other payment options will be available shortly.
Your card details are absolutely secure with us. Pyxis Social uses Stripe, one of the most secure payment gateways. Card details are completely encrypted, and the entire infrastructure is designed to prevent unauthorized access or hacking

You are free to cancel your subscription at any point of time in your journey. However, your subscription will still be active and charged for the subscription period you have opted for. For any refund related queries please contact the Pyxis Social support team at support@pyxispm.com

If you would like to convert your monthly subscription to an annual subscription:

1. Head over to your Profile section.

2. Click on the Billing Details option in the navigation bar.

3. Slide the button from Monthly to Annually.

However, you will not be able to revert back to a monthly plan if you have opted for an annual plan.

Currently, we do not provide any free account services. A new subscription would have to be purchased to start using Pyxis Social services.

You will not be able to analyze Facebook groups and Instagram Personal Accounts from the Pyxis Social Analyze section.

You will be able to connect only your Facebook page,Instagram Business account, LinkedIn Profiles andPages, Twitter Profile.

You can head over to your profile page, available in the top right corner of the dashboard, and download all your invoices. To get the invoice for the subscription purchases :

1. Head over to your Profile.

2. Click on the Billing Details option in the navigation bar.

3. You can download the invoices here.

Before you can start publishing to your Facebook group through Pyxis Social, you will have to authorize the app first. To do this :

1. Login to your Facebook account.

3. From the sidebar, select the group you have connected to Pyxis Social.

4. From the sidebar, select the Settings option

5. Scroll down to the Advanced Settings option. Click on the pencil icon near the Apps option.

6. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to add new apps. Click on the Add Apps option.

7. The pop-up window will now close and you will be redirected to the All Apps section. From the sidebar, search for the Pyxis Social app.

8. Click on the Pyxis Social icon that appears in the search window.

9. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to add the Pyxis Social app to the group. Click on the Add option.

Follow the same process for other groups that you want to connect to Pyxis Social.

Now you can start posting to your Facebook groups through Pyxis Social

Since Instagram policies do not allow direct posting, you can easily manage it with our Pyxis Social mobile app. To do this. To do this :

1. First, go to the Publish section and select the Instagram account to which you want to post.

2. Select the Create a new post option.

3. Add the post details and the media file.

4. Click on continue. You can either Schedule the post or Post Now.

5. Download the Pyxis Social App from Playstore/Appstore.

6. Sign in to the same Pyxis Social account.

7. Select the same Instagram account by clicking on the three dash icon (hamburger menu) at the top left corner.

8. You can see the scheduled post in the Queue section. If you had selected the ‘Post Now’ option on the website, you can either find the post in the “Queue” section or the “Past Reminders” section. If you had selected ‘Schedule Post’, you will receive a push notification at the scheduled time.

9. Click on the three-dot icon near the desired post. Your post will open up in a pop-up window.

10. Click on the ’Open In Instagram’ option. The caption will be automatically copied to the clipboard and the media will be downloaded to your Gallery.

11. Open your Instagram account. Navigate to your Gallery where the media is downloaded, and choose them.

12. Paste the caption copied to the clipboard in the “Write a caption” option. Go ahead and share your post on Instagram
